OTARD – The FCC Over-the-Air Reception Devices Rule

OTARD involves directv receivers.Welcome to the Satellite Broadcasting and Communications Association’s page for the protection and enforcement of your right to install satellite dishes and antennas. The Regulatory Affairs Department works to monitor, enforce, and educate users, installers, as well as enforcing entities on the OTARD rule.
