SBCA to Offer Advanced Commercial Technology Course Utilizing NAS MFH1 Technology

Washington, D.C., February 6, 2007 -- The Satellite Broadcasting and Communications Association (SBCA) will begin offering a new course focusing on the National Antenna Systems (NAS) single line, multi-satellite distribution system.

The NAS MFH1 technology offers the ability to distribute multiple sources of video including HD and off air to a commercial property utilizing an existing single RG6 coaxial cable. “The SBCA is excited to offer this new course. It is designed to provide advanced training to our commercial certified technicians,” said Steve Hill, SBCA Vice President of Training and Technology.   According to Hill, this product is the leading edge commercial distribution technology and will allow the industry to continue to offer the best products and service to customers. The NAS course will only be available to technicians holding a current SBCA commercial certification and will be conducted by select member companies starting later this month.
